• Withdrawal processing begins within 24 hours of a verified request and is usually completed within 1–24 hours for GCash and Maya.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• LuxBet reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request deemed unusual or high-value.
• Any deposit made under a bonus offer is subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before a withdrawal is eligible.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless otherwise specified. You cannot stack bonuses unless the promotion explicitly allows it.

• In the case of a disconnect during an active game, the game state is recorded and any eligible winnings will be credited automatically.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match abandonment, force majeure, or data feed failure. Affected bets will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on LuxBet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:
